How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are made-to-order and usually take 1-3 business days to fulfill before sent out for shipping. Orders with large quantities will take longer to process. In the event your order requires longer than the 1-3 business days, we will reach out to you to inform you of this and provide an estimated time frame.
Can I use a coupon code after placing an order?
Unfortunately we do not have the ability to apply codes after the ordering process. However, if you cancel an order within two hours of placing it, you can then redo the order and apply the coupon code during checkout, or you can use the code on your next order.
When will my order ship?
Orders will usually ship 2-3 days after they are placed. Our fulfillment time is 1-3 days, and will ship out no later than the next business day after fulfillment is complete.
Please note: Delays may occur during the holidays, depending on our daily volume as well as our shipping courier's volume. Weather may also affect the shipment duration for the carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately due to the weight and size of many of our custom prints, we do not offer free shipping yet. However, we are looking into options to allow free shipping on select products which will be coming soon.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer two methods for getting your prints:
- In-store Pick up - Free
- Standard Shipping - 3-5 business days fulfilled through either FEDEX or USPS depending on the print ordered, and at our discretion.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation when my order is sent out?
Yes. Once the order has been processed to a ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email used for ordering that contains the tracking number of the shipment.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! We are located in Anaheim, CA.
Our store business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm pst, which means any orders placed during out of office hours or weekends will not begin getting processed until the next business day.
Why are your prices much lower than competitors?
Simple. We believe in quality over markup. We use the same industry standard materials as our competitors, we just choose to prioritize quality.
Do you print in house or outsource?
We print and fulfill all orders here in our workshop from start to finish. We print, apply, and even build our custom wall mounts and shipping crates entirely in-house.
What file types do you accept?
We accept JPEG, TIFF, PDF, and PSD files for uploading.
How do I upload my file if its too big to upload on the product page?
Our platform only supports files up to 20mb when adding it on the product page. For files that are larger, we have a file sharing host that you can use HERE, which accepts much larger files.
Are my files large enough for printing?
To print with high clarity and quality files should be sent at a minimum of 300 dpi. Files should be at the desired print size with 1/4th inch bleed factored for acrylic or metal prints.
(eg. If you are purchasing an 18x24 inch acrylic/metal print, your print file should be 18.25 x 24.25 inch file.)
Prints files sent without bleed that are for mounted prints will be scaled up to add a small bleed, which will be trimmed off after mounted.
Do you edit my file before printing?
Some color correction may be performed before printing, and any print files that do not match the size of the print ordered will be either center-cropped or scaled to fit. IF the print file is drastically sized differently than the ordered print, we will contact you to inform you that a new file may be needed.
Why do my prints look different than they do on the screen?
Printing uses a combination of different ink colors that also absorb differently from one material to another. The combination of those variables result in a print that will never be 100% exact to the digital color you see on an LED monitor. Furthermore, your LED monitor settings are not the same as our LED monitor settings and additional differences can arise due to those screen differences.
We do however guarantee a close match to our calibrated screen colors for every print, factoring in the deliberate effects that a specific material may be designed to create when absorbing ink.
What payment types do you accept?
Orders can be payed for using paypal or through debit/credit card.
